Not sure how everything will taste or what creatures have been nibbling on the lettuce leaves, but there is a lot of green and growing tall. The seeds have been planted and growing for 39 days now. Hopefully in the next two weeks some of the vegetables will be ready to pick and eat! The broccoli and spinach didn't really turn out but the lettuce and beets are thriving.
